The American Transplant Foundation is looking for a Senior Coordinator to be the engine behind our life-saving programs.In this role, you’ll manage community programs, lead a team of interns, and optimize our digital presence. We are looking for a positive, solution-oriented self-starter who is highly coachable and ready to make a tangible impact in this world.

Our Patient Relations Intern will gain communication and outreach experience through direct engagement with transplant patients and medical centers. They will support the Patient Assistance and 1+1=LIFE Mentorship Programs, connect with transplant center staff and patients, and help gather insights to improve services for the transplant community. The intern will also assist in developing strategies to share and maximize the impact of patient testimonials.

Our Grant Research and Development Intern will gain experience in nonprofit fundraising by researching funding opportunities and supporting the grant application process. The intern will assist with proposal drafting and editing, analyze grant guidelines to identify strong funding fits, and help track opportunities and reporting while collaborating with staff to highlight the impact of the American Transplant Foundation’s programs.
