Clear Creek Regional Housing Authority

The Clear Creek Regional Housing Authority (CCRHA) is seeking its first Executive Director to help shape a new regional housing organization. Formed in 2024 through an intergovernmental agreement between Clear Creek County and its municipalities, CCRHA addresses housing affordability and attainability for local residents and workers. CCRHA serves Empire, Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Silver Plume, and unincorporated Clear Creek County through locally driven housing solutions.
