Minds Matter Colorado seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead a $1.1M organization dedicated to empowering high-achieving students from low-income backgrounds. The ED will drive strategic growth, secure sustainable funding, and enhance program effectiveness. Reporting to the Board, the ED will engage stakeholders, oversee staff and volunteers, and build on MMCO's 20-year legacy of college success.
