FIRC

The Executive Director will build community partnerships and advance FIRC’s work in food equity, housing stability, healthcare navigation, parenting support, and other essential services, strengthening its role as a trusted Summit County convener. This role provides strategic leadership across mission, programs, operations, fundraising, finances, and a 30–32 person team, serving as primary ambassador and overseeing a $6–$7M budget.
