The People & Operations Manager plays a key role in advancing the organization's people strategies—including payroll, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee experience—while overseeing key operational functions that support organizational effectiveness.

Invest in Kids seeks a Director of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH), a senior leader at Invest in Kids, reporting to the Vice President of Programs Strategy and Impact, responsible for advancing the statewide strategy communities interested in infant and children mental health programming or early dyadic services are supported as they work toward adding programming that IIK advocates for to their menu of services.
