Conducts initial assessment functions, screening for eligibility and making appropriate referrals for callers and walk-ins. Acts as a knowledgeable liaison to community agencies and is responsible for promoting awareness of the assigned program.

Grants Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement, the Grants Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing grant seeking strategies that increase foundation grants revenue and ensure efficient and effective grant-funded programming across the organization.
