Office Coordinator

Under limited supervision, the part-time Office Coordinator provides administrative support, research assistance, special events coordination, donation/grants acknowledgement and tracking, communications planning and day-to-day office oversight on behalf of the Executive Director of the Jefferson County Library Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide fundraising support and advocacy for Jefferson County Public Library.

Assistant to the City Manager

The Assistant to the City Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the effective management and administration of the city’s operations and special projects. This position involves performing a wide range of duties to assist the City Manager and  Deputy City Manager in managing city initiatives, policies, and projects.
