Office Coordinator

Under limited supervision, the part-time Office Coordinator provides administrative support, research assistance, special events coordination, donation/grants acknowledgement and tracking, communications planning and day-to-day office oversight on behalf of the Executive Director of the Jefferson County Library Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide fundraising support and advocacy for Jefferson County Public Library.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in implementing the “Wheat Ridge Prosperity Plan”, advancing redevelopment opportunities, strengthening business retention and recruitment, and leveraging urban renewal tools to catalyze strategic investment throughout the community.
