ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Marketing Manager, New Studio Openings plays a critical role in bringing new studio launches to life by coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring each opening is supported by a thoughtful, integrated marketing strategy. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, this role serves as a key connector across marketing, creative, operations, studio leadership, sales, real estate, and external partners to keep marketing timelines and creative deliverables on track, support brand awareness and lead generation efforts, and deliver a consistent brand experience from pre-opening through launch.

With a hybrid focus on project management and marketing execution, this role manages calendars, aligns stakeholders, and helps execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, paid, in-studio, and event touchpoints. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple openings, tasks, and shifting timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Project Coordination: 

  • Support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives related to new studio openings by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication.
  • Build and maintain project plans in Asana to track progress, deadlines, and responsibilities across marketing teams and external partners.
  • Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure all marketing assets for new studio openings are delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with external creative agencies to manage asset development, feedback cycles, and final deliverables.

Integrated Marketing Coordination:

  • Work with the Sr Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure the new studio marketing strategy comes to life consistently across all owned, paid and earned channels.
  • Be an expert on each new studio location; identify and share key market-level insights to inform the go-to-market tactics and creative for each new studio opening.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps in the new studio marketing strategy and brief in new tactics as we continue to learn and optimize our marketing plans for new markets.

Partnerships & Events:

  • Identify and support local partnership opportunities that increase brand visibility and community engagement in each market.
  • Support the coordination and execution of events, working closely with the sales, studio leadership, and marketing teams.
  • Source local influencers for paid content partnerships. 

Content Capture & Photoshoot Coordination: 

  • Partner with local studio leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots.
  • Develop shot lists aligned with brand priorities, marketing initiatives, and launch storytelling needs.
  • Travel to designated U.S. markets as needed to support pre-opening content for new studio openings.
  • Support in capturing high-quality photo and video content on-site, including instructors in local landmarks and community moments.
  • Edit short-form highlight reels optimized for social platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback.

Reporting, Insights & Budget Management

  • Pull and synthesize results into post-opening recaps as needed, highlighting insights, wins, and opportunities for future openings.
  • Support management of new studio opening marketing budgets, tracking spend across vendors and channels.
  • Partner with Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager and channel owners to recommend optimizations and solutions based on performance trends.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience in integrated/brand marketing, project/campaign management, and/or partnerships and events.
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management software.
  • Strong organization, with an attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing vendor deliverables and relationships.
  • Proficiency filming and editing short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • A self-driven team player who takes initiative.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
  • Affinity for and understanding of the CorePower Yoga brand, yoga and fitness industries.
  • Ability to travel to various U.S. markets to support new studio opening events and activities.
  • Must be able to execute on-site content capture in studio and event environments, including standing for extended periods, moving throughout active spaces, and lifting equipment up to 25 lbs.

  • $57,000 – $62,000
