CASB represents and advocates for more than 1,000 school board members and superintendents statewide to groups both within and outside the K-12 education community. CASB provides services, information, and training programs to support school board members as they govern their local districts. About the Position
The Digital Experience & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving member engagement across all digital touchpoints by delivering cohesive, personalized, and action-oriented experiences.
This role blends digital marketing, content strategy, and user experience to ensure that every interaction—across website, email, and learning platforms—supports member growth and organizational impact. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of how to connect messaging, content, and technology to influence behavior and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Experience Management
- Manage and optimize website experiences using Sitefinity
- Build and maintain high-performing pages using templates and modular components
- Continuously improve user flows to increase engagement and drive key actions (event registration, course enrollment, resource utilization)
- Implement and test calls-to-action, page layouts, and content placement to improve conversion rates
Content Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Develop and manage a structured content ecosystem aligned to member journeys and organizational priorities
- Create, curate, and optimize content including resources, toolkits, landing pages, and service descriptions
- Ensure all content is tagged and organized to support personalization, segmentation, and discoverability
- Maintain content quality, consistency, and relevance across all platforms
Integrated Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across website, email, and learning platforms
- Translate organizational priorities and quarterly themes into coordinated digital campaigns
- Align messaging and content across channels to create a seamless user experience
- Partner with CRM/marketing automation team to support campaign delivery and audience targeting
Audience Engagement & Personalization
- Support development of personalized digital experiences based on user behavior, role, and engagement stage
- Collaborate with CRM/automation lead to align segmentation and targeting strategies
- Leverage data to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
- Continuously refine engagement strategies based on performance insights
Cross-Functional Marketing Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders (learning, policy, events) to translate initiatives into compelling, user-focused campaigns
- Ensure all organizational offerings are positioned clearly and effectively within the broader member experience
- Act as the central point of coordination for digital messaging and content activation
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in digital content, communications, or web management
- Experience working within a CMS (experience with Sitefinity or similar platforms preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including conversion optimization and campaign execution
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (web, email, content)
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, or similar)
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and digital design best practices

- Salary: CASB will offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, within the range of $95,000 – $100,000
