Director of People & Culture
Donor Alliance is looking to hire a Director of People & Culture, to drive and lead Donor Alliance’s award-winning culture. The Director of People & Culture is a high-touch, hands-on position. This role oversees the people & culture, learning & development, volunteer program, and support services departments.
- Manage and oversee the employee life-cycle. Everything from human resource functions, learning and development, and support roles serving the Donor Alliance work systems.
- This is a working Director role. The Director will participate in employee relations and work alongside various teams in a hands-on, high-touch fashion.
- Along with the learning cycle of employee development, Donor Alliance has a new simulation center. Work alongside learning & development and our Chief Medical Officer to continue to innovate and utilize the simulation center to strengthen our organizational knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for Human Resource functions- this role will be a part of typical human resource functions, including personnel management, benefit and leave administration, learning & development, and overall People & Culture strategy.
- Mission, Vision, and Values- the right person for this role will lead the direction of the organization through our core values in support of our mission and vision.
- Employee life-cycle management experience is required.
- Employee Learning & Development strategy knowledge preferred.
