Air Fresh Marketing is seeking an Experience Manager to lead workplace experiences and tenant engagement for a premier Class A office property in downtown Denver. This is a full-time W2 role where you'll be the driving force behind events and community programming that elevate the workplace environment.

What You'll Do:
• Plan and execute tenant engagement events — wellness initiatives, networking happy hours, holiday celebrations, and more
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for tenants and property management
• Coordinate vendors, staffing, proposals, and event reporting
• Manage part-time brand ambassadors and event staff
• Track KPIs and continuously improve programming based on feedback

Who You Are:
• 3-5 years in hospitality, events, experiential marketing, or workplace experience
• Proven track record planning and executing successful events
• Strong team and vendor management skills
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools)
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM on-site downtown Denver. Occasional evening events. Some flexibility for remote admin work.Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually DOE + bonus potential. Full benefits: health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, professional development.
