Based at our corporate headquarters in South Denver (I-25 & Colorado Blvd), we are seeking a high-energy Junior Recruiter to help fill our high volume roles supporting our driver and production roles for our field factory locations. This is an hourly/non-exempt role.

(2 days at home / 3 days in office)

This role is ideal for someone who can easily partner with hiring managers and build relationships throughout multiple states, roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done!
Our best candidate will have a competitive mindset, the ability to show initiative, an interest in a results-driven culture, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. In addition, the ability to be a self-starter and become knowledgeable of functional areas of the business establishing dynamic relationships with hiring managers and HR. You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, time management, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build effective sourcing, interviewing, and closing approaches, communicating regular and concise updates on candidate status and factory job placement

- Pre-screen candidates for our high volume driver and factory store roles
- Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to determine a good cultural fit and gauge their motivation, along with selling the role
- Follow and maintain a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including virtual career fairs and the identification and placement of exceptional talent for factory leadership
- Pre-offer, offer, post-offer tasks including extending verbal offers, follow-up and decline candidates
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Recruiting experience (agency or corporate) for trucking, trades construction, factory, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with direct placement hiring and on-the-spot job offers preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite; etc.
- Demonstrates sourcing techniques and the use of various social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Strong Communication skills: Written and Verbal
- Highly organized
