Overview
Volley Automation moved into our new Denver headquarters in early 2026. We are hiring a
Marketing Manager who can operate comfortably across strategy and hands-on production.
This role suits someone with strong creative instincts, a disciplined approach to execution, and
an interest in the real-world application of robotics and AI.
The ideal candidate has experience with differentiated or premium brands. They understand
how to build a consistent voice and how to translate technical products into compelling,
architect- and developer-ready content. They can manage deadlines, direct contractors, and
collaborate with executives. They are confident in front of customers and comfortable
experimenting with new tools.
This is a startup-friendly role. It will expand as the company grows. It fits someone with ambition
who wants broad ownership and exposure to leadership.
Responsibilities
Content and Social Media
Develop short- and long-form content including blogs, case studies, social posts, email
campaigns, and sales collateral.
Manage Volley’s social channels. Maintain a consistent cadence and brand voice.
Create, edit, and publish multimedia content using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and
modern AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Sora, and Nano Banana – plus whatever
else shows up next week.
Guide the company’s use of emerging AI tools and production workflows.
Website and Digital Presence
Manage basic website operations. Publish blog posts, update pages, and coordinate
with designers or developers as needed.
Maintain SEO fundamentals such as metadata, internal linking, and structured content.
Support analytics tracking and performance reporting.
Events and Experience Center Operations
Lead planning, logistics, and on-site support for customer demos, tours, small events,
and partner meetings at Volley’s new HQ Experience Center.
Coordinate vendor services and manage production details.
Represent the brand with energy and professionalism in customer-facing settings.
Brand and Campaign Development
Work with leadership to refine brand strategy, messaging, and campaign calendars.
Translate strategic direction into production-ready assets and content.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Sales Enablement
Partner closely with the commercial team to develop sales decks, technical one-pagers,
case studies, and trade show materials.
Manage and coordinate product demo experience.
Create templates and improve internal presentation quality using PowerPoint, Keynote,
and similar tools.
Manage external creatives and contractors for specialized work.
Qualifications
Highly Preferred
3+ years of experience in marketing, content development, or brand communications.
Experience in an agency or startup environment, or in-house for a premium or
differentiated brand.
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, content production, and presentation quality.
Proficiency in presentation tools and production platforms including PowerPoint,
Keynote, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-assisted workflows.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-direct.
Comfort interfacing with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage contractors, freelancers, and vendors.
Preferred
Experience in B2B technology, architecture, real estate, or automation-related sectors.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
Curiosity about robotics, automation, and the growing role of AI in physical infrastructure.
