Cherry Creek North seeks a Marketing Manager to grow visibility and visitation through destination marketing, partnerships, and signature events. The role sets strategy, programming and metrics that drive strong visitor experiences, increased foot traffic, and economic activity.

Working with cross-functional partners, this role delivers experiential programs, strengthens the visitor experience, and reports results through clear analysis. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and analytical.
Core Areas of Responsibility
Destination Marketing & Partnerships

    • Manage the Hotel Collective program, including partner development and creating new ideas and opportunities.
    • Lead PR with influencers and meeting planners to advance district priorities.
    • Develop initiatives that drive local, regional, and national visitation.
    • Oversee tourism website content and performance with internal/external partners.

Research & Insights

    • Analyze third-party tourism data to identify trends/insights, opportunities, and program impact.
    • Build repeatable systems to collect and report first-party and campaign data (web/social analytics, advertising/PR reporting, hotel reporting).

Signature Events

    • Serve as primary liaison to third-party event producers, including planning oversight and post-event reporting.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build relationships with key attractions, planners and industry partners that support CCN hotels and district priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven success in consumer and community marketing as well as brand management.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills; excellent written/verbal communication; creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Position requires Monday – Friday on-site presence in the office and district.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with business improvement districts, downtown organizations, chambers, or similar community-based entities.
  • Experience in the hotel industry.
  • Experience with agency oversight.
  • Experience managing multiple clients in an agency environment.
