POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker who is proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong customer-service mindset and a desire to build meaningful relationships. This individual will collaborate closely with builder teams, community associations, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, alignment, and consistency across all marketing channels.
This position requires regular travel to assigned communities—particularly in and around the Broomfield area—to build rapport with builder partners, become actively engaged in the local community, and ensure on-site marketing efforts are functioning at a high level. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. They are eager to learn, solutions-oriented, motivated to grow within the role, and excited to take ownership of projects while working as a collaborative team player. Real estate, builder or master-planned community experience is preferred, along with a well-rounded marketing skillset spanning both digital and traditional channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Marketing Execution
- Support the VP of Marketing & Communications in overseeing the execution of community marketing programs by applying strategic thinking to day-to-day initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination with agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
- Identify challenges early and take a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Website & Social Media Management
- Maintain and continuously audit community websites to ensure accuracy, functionality, and up-to-date builder, tenant, and event information.
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality, accuracy, and alignment with current offerings.
- Manage and maintain the Homefinder tool, ensuring accurate plan information, pricing, inventory, photography, virtual tours, and sales details.
- Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute social media calendars and content, contributing ideas and insights that support overall strategy.
Builder & Realtor Support
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with builder sales and marketing teams through regular communication and in-person engagement.
- Demonstrate a proactive and collaborative approach to supporting builder needs, ensuring sales reporting is accurate, timely, and properly communicated.
- Oversee the onboarding of new builders and sales team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about community tools, dashboards, and marketing resources.
- Support Realtor relations strategies and efforts, including database development, outreach activities, and events.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community marketing events, builder events, broker outreach initiatives, and partner-sponsored events.
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for events, managing logistics, vendors, materials, budgets and on-site execution with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Collaborate closely with Community Association teams to support resident events and foster positive community engagement.
- Actively engage in the Broomfield community and surrounding areas, building local knowledge and relationships that support community marketing efforts.
Signage & On-Site Marketing
- Conduct regular signage audits to ensure wayfinding and community signage supports the customer journey and reflects current offerings.
- Coordinate signage updates and installations with signage partners, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Visit sales offices and builder model homes to ensure marketing collateral is current, organized, and presented effectively.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Monitor community email inboxes and respond in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain marketing storage, event supplies, and branded collateral, including inventory tracking and logistics.
- Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and documentation related to community marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of marketing or communications experience; real estate development or master planned community experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect daily tasks to broader marketing objectives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative while working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Customer-service oriented attitude with a genuine interest in supporting builders, partners, and residents.
- Eager to learn, grow, and deepen knowledge of the real estate development and master planned community space.
- Enthusiastic about building relationships with builders, Realtors, agency partners, and community stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics tools (e.g. CRM system, Google Analytics), Canva, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly to assigned communities, including active involvement in the Broomfield community.
