As Social Media Manager, you bring the voice of MomCo to life online. You ensure our digital spaces feel welcoming, alive, thoughtful, and culturally relevant. Through compelling content and authentic engagement, you help turn followers into participants and participants into a global community of women walking toward hope, faith, and friendship.

Scope

The Social Media Manager ensures the consistent, high-quality execution of MomCo’s social presence across platforms. You keep the content flowing, the community engaged, and the brand shining. You manage the day-to-day operations of social media while collaborating with the marketing team to bring campaigns, stories, and ideas to life in ways that resonate with young women. You are a community builder, an innovative creator of content, and a reader of culture, someone who can schedule posts four weeks in advance while also spotting trends in real time and helping MomCo show up in meaningful conversations happening online.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management + Execution
• Create, schedule and manage content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Maintain a rolling four-week social calendar, adjusting content as needed for trends, campaigns, and emerging opportunities.
• Format, resize, tag, link, and optimize posts for each platform.
• Ensure all content aligns with MomCo’s voice, brand standards, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose long-form content into short-form social moments.
• Identify opportunities and create content for short-form video, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling moments that bring the brand to life.
• Maintain and organize the social media content library, ensuring assets are archived and accessible for future use.
• Create effective marketing initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure alignment with the overall brand and communication strategy.

Community Engagement
• Respond to DMs and comments with warmth, care, and clarity. Elevate high-priority messages or inquiries for internal follow-up.
• Facilitate meaningful conversations across social platforms that deepen connection with moms and leaders.
• Help cultivate a digital environment where moms feel seen, valued, and invited into community.
• Actively engage within MomCo Facebook groups, MOMCON communities, and other digital gathering spaces.
• Support campaigns and initiatives by helping drive participation and conversation online.

Influencer + Community Management
• Manage contract content team.
• Coordinate with MomCo influencers, partners, and collaborators on social campaigns and partnerships.
• Support and resource the MomCo influencer community to amplify campaigns and storytelling via Roster.
• Help foster a social community that influencers and participants love being part of.

Analytics + Growth
• Monitor and track social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Provide weekly reports to the social and marketing teams highlighting growth, trends, and insights.
• Analyze campaign-specific performance to help refine future strategy.
• Stay current with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices.
• Bring ideas to the team for creative experimentation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or media platform.
• Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Vista, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with an ability to adapt tone and voice by platform while maintaining brand consistency.
• A strong instinct for culture, storytelling, and what makes content resonate online.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-moving creative environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling internal communications or content not yet public.
• Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and Values Statement.
