Social Media Campaign Coordinator

In the rapidly growing Directory space, our marketing team is focused on building our brand presence and driving pipeline creation. In this newly created role, we’re looking for someone who brings both knowledge and passion around maximizing the impact of our social media. Member Communications Manager

As Member Communications Manager, you will work with Member Communications Lead to deliver world-class communications—notifications, nudges, engagement—to a large and growing base of customers and prospects for the Visible brand; you’ll leverage email, SMS and push notification. You will move adeptly between ownership of strategic projects and operation of the nuts-and-bolts of our martech stack (campaign buildout, tracking, documentation, etc.). You will own the customer experience as it bears on outbound touches—from customer onboarding and ongoing engagement to Net Promoter Score and cross-team deep dives into quantitative member experience measurement. Though we leverage email, SMS, and app-push, this is much more than an email-marketing job or a batch-and-blast operation; we seek a candidate who has managed full customer lifecycles (ideally in a subscription business) and triggered-message infrastructure.

Vice President, Strategy and Engagement

The Vice President, Strategy & Engagement is a digital marketing leadership role responsible for the strategy and execution of campaigns for Welltok customers. This leader will run the digital marketing agency within the Welltok Service Delivery organization, leading teams responsible for helping our customers engage their employees and consumers to act on improving their overall health and wellbeing.

Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will have primary oversight of Girl Scouts of Colorado’s social media channels and strategy, using industry-leading tactics to drive member and community engagement, social audience growth, and brand loyalty. Also, plans and executes paid social strategy and digital marketing campaigns to drive membership growth, retention, product programs success, donor relations, and brand awareness.
