Seeking a technically savvy Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing success through technology and data-driven strategies. As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead marketing operations strategy, analyze data and historical trends to deliver actionable insights, and ensure data quality and process efficiency across all marketing metrics. This role actively enhances marketing operations to optimize lead generation, lead nurturing, and campaign implementation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities: Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

·       Develop and execute marketing database strategies with cross-functional teams, focusing on growth, segmentation, data cleanliness, and completeness

·       Lead adoption and management of operational processes with marketing leadership to drive efficiency and ROI

·       Serve as subject matter expert for sales and marketing alignment initiatives, supporting lead management, data quality, and lead scoring optimization

·       Report on complete marketing funnel performance including volume, velocity, stage-to-stage conversion rates, and average deal value; track metrics by industry, geography, and buyer persona

·       Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs and marketing attribution within budget constraints

·       Administer and optimize marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

·       Provide onboarding and training for new marketing team members on systems and processes

·       Manage marketing operations projects from conception to completion

 

 

Qualifications:

·       Minimum 8 years marketing operations experience, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

·       Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·       Experience managing marketing technology stack vendor relationships and implementations

·       Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, HubSpot) – Marketo experience heavily preferred

·       Expert knowledge in digital demand generation, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows

·       Experience with analytics and reporting tools – Power BI experience is heavily preferred

·       Knowledge of third-party integrations with marketing automation platforms (Tableau experience a plus)

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities

·       Excellent communication skills and passion for learning new marketing technologies

·       Data analysis and reporting expertise with a focus on marketing ROI and attribution

Additional Requirements and Details:

·       Travel required up to 10% of the time

·       Located and working from an office location (when required) *

·       Physical requirements: occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, frequent computer use, close vision work, sitting/standing

·       Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements for computer operation
