Sr. Director, Digital Marketing

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be instrumental in the strategic frame-up and precise execution of WOW!’s overall digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and subscriber connects for the business. You will have the chance to create and cultivate reciprocal relationships with digital agencies and internal partners to accelerate digital sales, drive strategic joint business planning and fundamentally elevate the WOW! brand across our serviceable footprint. In addition, the position will have primary responsibility for the creation and management of premier shopper experiences leading up to the purchase of WOW! products, including website landing pages, advocate offers and the online store.

Digital Marketing Manager

BuyQ is seeking our first Digital Marketing Manager to help take BuyQ’s marketing to the next level. Reporting directly to and working closely with the Co-Founder and CMO, the Digital Marketing Manager will analyze our current marketing strategies, refine and improve current activities where necessary, develop new ideas and marketing campaigns, and implement, manage and track marketing activities moving forward. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ marketing experience, with exposure to a wide range of marketing areas with an emphasis in inbound and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead tech solutioning for Content Management and web development in line with best practices
Be an active listener, understand client business problems and provide technology-led solutions
Understand requirements, technical solution architecture & detailed design
Lead and/or assist sales from a technology strategy perspective – Adobe AEM and/or Sitecore
Maintain motivation, lead ideas on accelerators, set best standards and frameworks for team to follow
Work against a pre-defined, revenue target for bringing in new business along-side with Sales
Build POCs, presentation decks on your own
About 30% travel required
