Digital Marketing Specialist

HomeAdvisor is looking for a dedicated, analytical and strategic leader to join our Digital Marketing team. This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities using data-driven insights to guide mobile app UA strategy, channel growth and campaign optimizations. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and a solid understanding of app marketing, conversion optimization and other digital marketing concepts.

Digital Marketing Manager

Your role will include implementing Marketing Automation Campaigns in Pardot, as well as execution of digital events (which may transition back to in person at some point in the future). You will be responsible for executing our tactical plan, specifically maintaining the email calendar, building out nurture campaigns, managing email lists, and ensuring Pardot and Salesforce are bilaterally in sync. In addition to managing Pardot, you will have the opportunity to build out appropriate processes related to lead flow and customer journey campaigns.

Member Communications Manager

As Member Communications Manager, you will work with Member Communications Lead to deliver world-class communications—notifications, nudges, engagement—to a large and growing base of customers and prospects for the Visible brand; you’ll leverage email, SMS and push notification. You will move adeptly between ownership of strategic projects and operation of the nuts-and-bolts of our martech stack (campaign buildout, tracking, documentation, etc.). You will own the customer experience as it bears on outbound touches—from customer onboarding and ongoing engagement to Net Promoter Score and cross-team deep dives into quantitative member experience measurement. Though we leverage email, SMS, and app-push, this is much more than an email-marketing job or a batch-and-blast operation; we seek a candidate who has managed full customer lifecycles (ideally in a subscription business) and triggered-message infrastructure.
