What Will You Be Doing?
The Sr. Manager, Digital Strategy & Content will lead the development, execution, and management of digital content strategies across Frontier Airlines’ web, app, and other digital platforms. This role will focus on ensuring all content aligns with SEO best practices, enhances the user experience, and supports overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content creation, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing digital experiences.
Essential Functions
Content Strategy & Creation
- Lead the development of digital content strategies that align with business goals across Frontier’s website, mobile app, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, UX/UI, and product teams, to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
- Oversee the creation of engaging, user-centered content that supports the digital customer journey and maximizes conversions.
SEO & Content Optimization
- Own the content optimization process, ensuring that all content is SEO-friendly, performs well in search engines, and supports organic traffic growth.
- Conduct regular content audits and keyword research to identify optimization opportunities and ensure content relevancy.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, internal linking, and mobile optimization to drive performance.
UX & Design Coordination
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure that digital content supports user-centered design principles, creating seamless and intuitive experiences across all platforms.
- Ensure alignment between content, visual design, and business objectives for a cohesive digital experience.
- Provide input on wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to ensure content is presented optimally across all device types.
Editorial Calendar & Governance
- Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure the timely production and publication of content across digital platforms.
- Establish governance guidelines, ensuring consistency in content tone, voice, and quality across all digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain consistency across different content touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor key content performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, SEO rankings, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead the ongoing analysis of content performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve digital experiences.
- Work with analytics teams to generate reports and insights that inform future content strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant work experience in leu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, and digital content management.
- 5+ years of experience managing a team.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research tools.
- Experience working with UX/UI teams to develop user-centered content solutions.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with headless CMS environments is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to maintain consistency in tone and voice across digital content.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end web design is a plus.
- Adaptable to changes in business objectives and capable of adjusting content strategies accordingly.
