Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of Latino Marketing – Boost Mobile will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage our Latino target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of cultural nuances, community needs, and effective outreach methods to drive brand awareness and business growth within these target segments. You will be responsible for growing this business for both prepaid and postpaid markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to non-English speaking and Latino demographics; analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and community needs to inform strategy
- Develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences; ensure campaigns are culturally relevant, impactful, and aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local organizations, and influencer's; collaborate on initiatives that support community engagement and brand advocacy
- Conduct research to understand cultural preferences, communication styles, and economic factors affecting target populations; utilize insights to shape marketing approaches and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Oversee the creation of culturally appropriate and language-specific content; work with translation services and local creatives to ensure accuracy and authenticity
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach and engagement within target communities
- Develop and manage budgets for multicultural marketing initiatives; ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and inclusive marketing efforts
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- 10+ years of experience in multicultural marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of working in a Spanish speaking context
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of cultural dynamics and economic challenges faced by target communities.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken Spanish is required
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for culturally sensitive content

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
