Summary

The Marketing & Community Partnerships Manager supports HRCA’s marketing, partnerships, digital media, and communications. Responsibilities include managing community partnerships, creating digital campaigns, overseeing social media, and ensuring brand consistency. Requires a Bachelor’s in marketing/communications, 5+ years experience, and a valid driver’s license. Hybrid work hours, must pass a background check. Description

General Statement of Duties:   Performs a variety of strategic, administrative and operational duties associated with general marketing and communications, community partnerships, digital marketing and social media coordination.

Supervision Received: Works under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Supervision Exercised: Exercises direction over staff to perform the functions necessary to complete community partnership, communications, marketing and social media programs.

Community Partnerships

  • Act as an additional point of contact for HRCA’s community partners in conjunction with the Director of Marketing & Communications.

  • Work with community partners to identify HRCA events and opportunities that elevate and promote both organizations.

  • Assist community partners with activation at HRCA events.

  • Evaluate existing partnerships for alignment and impact and develop new partnerships that align with HRCA's mission and strategic goals.

  • Manage and develop community partnership contracts, creatively promote both organizations and execute portfolio activations and events.

Digital Marketing

  • Work in conjunction with Director of Marketing & Communication and the Website & Digital Content Coordinator to create and plan digital marketing campaigns to support all HRCA programs, events, marketing and community partnership initiatives.

  • Create digital marketing materials for program areas across the organization.

  • Proofread, fact check and edit text for website/social media and other digital platforms.

  • Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar (Monday.com) to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant and community partner promotion is disseminated.

Social Media

  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Marketing & Communication and Website & Digital Content Coordinator to oversee and manage the creation, maintenance and execution of the content calendar that populates HRCA social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).

  • Create HRCA social media strategy to promote programming and events for the organization along with posting important occurrences that impact the Highlands Ranch community.

Communications

  • Support Human Resources and Employee Recognition committee to create monthly and quarterly communications for internal staff.

  • Contribute to, edit and proof monthly community newsletter and tri-annual Activity Guide.

Other

  • Support the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure internal and external communications requests are fulfilled effectively and efficiently while meeting corporate brand guidelines.

  • Update and maintain communications standards and enforce guidelines as necessary.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Communications

Physical and Environmental Standards:   Upper body strength is a requisite to lift/move 40 pounds unassisted. Standing and walking for long periods of time; bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and climbing. Work may be performed both indoors and outdoors. If indoors, work is performed in a busy office where noise and interruptions prevail. If outdoors, all types of weather conditions may occur including but not limited to heat, humidity, sun, rain, snow, wind, cold. The ability to talk and hear via the telephone and through face-to-face communication is needed. Vision requirements include near and far acuity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   Requires knowledge of communication, marketing, community partnerships and digital marketing. Strong writing, researching, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, county and community representatives. Ability to work flexible hours which might include nights and or weekends.

Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and meet all HRCA driving policy standards, including pre-approval to drive from the HRCA insurance carrier. Strong situational awareness and adherence to safe driving practices are essential to ensure personal and public safety while working within a vehicle. 

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Education:   Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, public relations or in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

Experience: Minimum of five years’ direct experience in marketing and communications. Minimum of three years' experience coordinating or managing business partnerships.
