At CarbonBlack, we’re hiring Market Agents — the boots-on-the-ground heroes who represent our storm restoration brand with heart, hustle, and integrity. You’ll walk neighborhoods affected by hail and wind, talk to homeowners face-to-face, and set critical appointments that kickstart the restoration process.

What You’ll Do
- Walk storm-affected neighborhoods in Colorado, connect with homeowners, and explain how CarbonBlack can help.
- Set appointments for our restoration team to inspect and assess damage.
- Be a compassionate, professional representative — someone people trust in moments of uncertainty.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team that values hustle, heart, and high standards.

- $ for every appointment set + $ for confirmed damage.
- % commission on all closed jobs you help initiate.
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $125,000/year — if you meet expectations, that’s what you’ll earn. Top performers often exceed this with consistency and drive.
