Communications Manager

The role:

Are you a natural storyteller with a flair for building brands and shaping narratives? Do you thrive on creating campaigns that spark engagement and leave a lasting impact? As our new Communications Manager, you’ll join our global marketing team and drive awareness of our award-winning travel brands across the US.

In this role, you’ll be the voice of the US market, ensuring that our PR, partnerships, and campaigns reflect the needs and tastes of our US audience. From building media relationships and running standout campaigns, to representing the US customer in global marketing discussions, you’ll play a pivotal role in amplifying our story.

What You Will be Doing:

  • Develop and deliver a PR strategy that secures coverage in top consumer and industry publications.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, and tourism partners.
  • Conceptualize and execute partnership marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.
  • Review and localize content: brochures, newsletters, digital assets, so it resonates with US audiences.
  • Represent the voice of the US customer, bringing insights to global teams and shaping communications accordingly.
  • Support product launches, events, and campaigns with compelling storytelling and creative flair.

What We Are Looking for From You:

  • Proven experience in communications, PR, or marketing, ideally within travel or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the US media landscape and established press contacts.
  • A track record of running successful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging messages.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach—comfortable working across functions in a fast-moving, global business.
  • Flexibility to attend events, media trips, and industry gatherings as required.
