Distillery Brand Ambassador, Bartender, Festival, Farmers Market, and Event Staff

We are looking for people interested in working at events in and around Boulder, and the Front Range area. Some events are early morning Farmers’ Markets, some are afternoon & evening events, and most of them are outside under our tent, and usually take place on weekends. You’d be checking IDs, sampling our products, and more often than not doing direct sales, although we do some charitable contribution festivals too. We are also looking for someone who we can train to work the occasional bar shift in our tasting room. We are a small, tight-knit group that is growing by leaps and bounds, so someone willing to wear multiple hats would be a perfect fit. You must be over 21 to be able to serve alcohol unsupervised.

Director, Visitor Services

The Director of Visitor Services manages the Colorado Welcome Center program and facilitates training and other resources to ensure that the centers are well-equipped to promote Colorado businesses and attractions to travelers in ways that increase traveler spending. The Director also is responsible for providing oversight of contractual relationships, developing training requirements, positioning the centers to share key Colorado marketing messages, working collaborative with other state agencies and entities that support and promote travel and measuring program performance.

Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services

We are seeking a successful and energetic individual who has a proven track record with a collaborative approach and our vision to build one of the nation’s premier alumni relations teams. The CSU Alumni Association facilitates meaningful relationships between its 210,000+ alumni and the University. Using a combination of proven alumni engagement strategies and new, innovative approaches; the Alumni Association strives to celebrate the success of our alumni, build an emotional connection back to the institution, and help alumni to identify meaningful volunteer opportunities. In addition, the Association is excited to embark upon the construction of a new Alumni Center to serve as a place of pride and home to more than 210,000 alumni when they return to campus. This 20,000 square foot facility is slated to open in summer 2017.

The Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences for alumni, members, donors, students, and friends who utilize the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center and take advantage of its services, including alumni center/stadium tours, interactive displays, storytelling features, and rental of meeting and event space. He/she will build positive relationships with internal and external partners and create and manage meaningful opportunities for alumni that strengthen their relationship with CSU. This position will execute a comprehensive guest relations strategy and solicit/schedule events in the Smith Alumni Center.
