The Foundation accomplishes the work through grantmaking, programs, and events in our Community, Music, Global, and Civic Programs. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the objectives of Community Programs and other Bohemian Foundation teams, as directed by the Community Programs Director. This role will be responsible for effective coordination of communication across multiple teams to cultivate productive relationships while ensuring that information, schedules, and processes are organized and accessible. This role will provide administrative support related to grant programs, special initiatives, operational processes, and record-keeping. This role also embraces a learning mindset to leverage technology and other available tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of workflows and processes.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years of administrative support or equivalent experience. Candidates will have outstanding written, verbal, intercommunication and listening skills, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, qualified candidates will possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, strong organization skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and the ability to be adaptable and flexible must also be a skill.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $57,000. All regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness benefits, retirement savings and company match. Additional benefits include sixteen paid holidays, flexible time off (vacation, sick and personal time), new parent leave, staff education, and education reimbursement.
