Economic Development Manager

This position reports to the Director of Economic Health & Housing. Under general guidance from and collaboration with the Director, the successful candidate will plan, organize, manage, monitor and evaluate the City’s economic development programs. These include business retention, business attraction, workforce development, implementation of a marketing plan (to include social media presence) and business advocacy activities. Additional skills of the successful candidate include database management, data analysis, metrics tracking and other related duties as assigned.

Assistant Director of Presidential Engagement

The Assistant Director of Presidential Engagement manages events and top donor engagement opportunities from conception through completion on behalf of CSU’s Office of the President. Reporting to the Director of Presidential Engagement, the Assistant Director’s ultimate responsibility is to ensure excellence in the production of events and the associated constituent experience in support of CSU’s overall engagement strategy. This includes establishing a meaningful purpose and measurable outcomes for each event, developing a strategic communication plan in alignment with those goals, and conducting post-event analysis to evaluate success. The Assistant Director helps lead the development and execution of top donor engagement strategy and works collaboratively across the University to accomplish goals.

Director of Animal Protection and Control

The Director of Animal Protection and Control is responsible for providing strategic direction, overall management and tactical animal control leadership for Larimer Humane Society. Directs the enforcement of county and municipality ordinances and state statutes relating to animal welfare and public safety. Develops and implements policies, programs and services related to Animal Control for contractual jurisdictions and ensures Organizational compliance. Develops programs and activities to promote responsible pet ownership consistent with the values and mission of Larimer Humane Society. Serves as a field officer on occasion as needed.

VP of Student Services

Reporting to the President, the Vice President of Student Services is the College’s Chief Student Affairs Officer, a member of the President’s Executive Cabinet, and is ultimately responsible for ensuring the College’s student services are the best in the nation. These services include the areas of: Admissions, Placement Testing, Student Planning and Success, Office of the Registrar, Recruitment, Student Government, Student Activities, Financial Aid, Athletics, Residence Life, Student Conduct, Counseling and Wellness, and Disability Services for Students, and Trio SSS program in a multi-campus environment.

Human Resources Operations Manager

This position is a leader and liaison for providing human resource services and support throughout the Town of Erie so that we can reach our highest potential.
