Communications Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the Executive Director and Communications department through a variety of communication projects and activities with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and implement the planning, strategic advising, design, writing, editing, and coordination of district publications, news releases, and other new and continuing marketing, public relations and communications programs for the district, staff, and community. Promote positive relationships among staff, administrators, and community members for the benefit of Poudre School District.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is a creative and strategic leader who will utilize relationships, partnerships and a variety of communication mediums to position United Way of Larimer County (UWLC) as a leader in the community. The Director will effectively communicate UWLC’s mission and ensure all communication to donors, volunteers and community members is professional, effective and impactful. The Director serves on the Leadership Team and the Board of Directors Marketing Committee. The Director will increase brand awareness for United Way through strategic advertising and media relations and will support all departments and events with marketing plans, communication and advertising. The position is responsible for writing, media relations, brand standards, UWLC reports and quality certifications, the annual report, website and collateral design, editing, supporting Executive staff with speeches, staff and board messaging, and revenue generating campaigns.

Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will create and implement communications strategies for Colorado State University’s Office of the Vice President for Diversity; leading production, review, and evaluation of all communications materials for the office; developing campaign outreach strategies and collaborating with other communications units across campus to enhance the visibility and awareness of the OVPD, inside and outside of CSU.

Event Video Production Coordinator

The Event Video Production Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to implement, oversee and manage the streaming of the Department’s live events; individual also assists in the creation, implementation and oversight of production for the Department’s video unit. Individual’s duties also involve the performance of work requiring imagination, originality and talent in designing and creating artistic video content that enhances and extends the Colorado State Athletics brand; individual also collaborates with multiple internal and external constituent groups to identify and capture stories; institutes best practices; assists with development of unit workflows to produce ample and timely content; is actively involved in the game-day atmosphere; and cultivates fan engagement and affinity through effective storytelling.
