This position functions as the senior manager of the learning and evaluation functions and program audit of TWT. It oversees organizational effectiveness measurement, learning, and evaluation. It provides a research function that informs the grantmaking of the organization. Additionally, it audits grant programs to ensure that grant funds and services delivered were used in the manner in which they were approved.

The Executive Director will serve as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer. The position requires managing all human and financial resources to ensure the Symphony successfully achieves its mission, vision, and goals by developing effective fundraising strategies, ensuring sustained financial growth, artistic vibrancy, education outreach, and community engagement. The Executive Director, along with the Artistic Director, will report to the Board of Directors.
Be part of a first-of-its-kind program that’s transforming lives and systems at the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice. Court Liaisons are placed across Colorado’s 22 judicial districts to serve defendants (referred to as participants) in the criminal justice system who have significant mental health needs. Liaisons provide person-centered care, working with participants to identify needs and address barriers, such as mental health, disabilities, housing, or transportation.
We are looking for an extraordinary individual who will further elevate the Program through expanded engagement with external partners to develop students’ skills in leadership and engineering excellence. We are also seeking someone who will enhance the scholars’ innovation and design thinking skills through closer partnership with the CSU Institute of Entrepreneurship, the local and regional startup ecosystem, and potentially the creation of a living-learning community.
