Communications and Marketing Specialist

Under the general direction provided by the Community Services Director, incumbent provides
communications, public relations and marketing services for the Department using a wide variety of communication strategies to promote, inform and engage the community in designated programs, projects, services and initiatives. Coordinate implementation of the Department’s marketing strategic plan in conjunction with other division marketing staff, optimizing resources, communication and marketing activities for the benefit of the Department and its divisions. Develop a variety of communication and marketing materials including press releases, newsletters, brochures, ads, customer communications, web pages, posters, social media posts across multiple platforms, e-newsletters, and more. Support and coordinate with existing staff in updating social media, web pages, print media, and video messaging.

Associate Director of Development

The ideal candidate for this position will be a consummate professional and will thrive in a fast-paced campaign, metrics/results-driven fundraising environment. The candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with donors, prospective donors, alumni, colleagues, faculty, staff, and students. Eligible candidates will understand how they can make a difference in supporting the future direction of both CSU, CVMBS, and the FACC, while also meeting targeted timelines.

Executive Assistant to the Assistant Vice President

The Executive Assistant reports to and works primarily with the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students. This position also supports the Associate Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Parent and Family Programs, and Ram Welcome Coordination. The position provides project coordination, and administrative and program support to these administrators and the offices they supervise in the Campus Life Cluster. The Executive Assistant serves as a member of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) office team and works collaboratively with other staff to meet the needs of the office and Division.

Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Performs administrative duties for the Executive Management and fulfills functions related to management of the day-to-day operations of the Poudre Heritage Alliance office. This position performs a wide range of bookkeeping and office support activities for the Executive Director and Board to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The Major Gifts Officer plays a vital role in meeting the Jackson Hole Land Trust’s ambitious contributed income goals, with a focus on soliciting $10K+ gifts. Under direct supervision of the Director of Advancement & Engagement, and in cooperation with the staff, Advancement Committee and Board of Directors, this position is primarily responsible for providing strategic direction and both long and short range planning aimed at identifying, cultivating, soliciting, securing and stewarding a portfolio of donors and prospects to meet fundraising goals for the JHLT Annual Fund, regional and community conservation programs and potential Capital Campaigns.

Gates Camp Counselor Internship – Seasonal/Summer 2019

BGCMD operates a residential summer program where under-served inner city youth, ages 8 to 13, attend 5 day/4 night low cost, and in many cases, no cost, session. Kids/Campers participate in hiking, canoeing, sleeping under the stars, fishing, rock climbing, archery, hands-on games, and other outdoor activities. The Gates Camp program inspires kids to explore new ideas, develop a connection with the environment, work as a community, and support one another in the achievement of their personal potential. We are currently hiring Camp Interns to live and work at Gates Camp between the dates of May 23rd and July 30th.

Artist Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and creative Artist Development Manager to join the Music District. The Artist Development Manager develops and supports musicians and the Art of Music. The role will design programs and events that foster music creation and excellence, while working with the Business Manager to create professional and career opportunities for musicians. The role will manage artist residencies, instructors teaching at the Music District, curriculum development and instruction, content creation related to the Art of Music, and more.

Director of Finance

Larimer Humane Society is seeking qualified applicants for our Director of Finance position. This senior level position is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the finance function of the Society by following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The position works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors and staff to help guide the financial development of the Society to ensure healthy and responsible fiscal activities within the context of the Society’s mission and goals. This includes working with members of the management to prepare and monitor the annual budget, conducting financial analysis and preparing financial reports, developing and implementing an effective system of accounting, managing and processing payroll and working with the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. In addition, the Director of Finance supervises the Licensing Department Supervisor. The position reports to the CEO.

Hiring range starts in the mid-60’s and is negotiable commensurate with experience.
