Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services

We are seeking a successful and energetic individual who has a proven track record with a collaborative approach and our vision to build one of the nation’s premier alumni relations teams. The CSU Alumni Association facilitates meaningful relationships between its 210,000+ alumni and the University. Using a combination of proven alumni engagement strategies and new, innovative approaches; the Alumni Association strives to celebrate the success of our alumni, build an emotional connection back to the institution, and help alumni to identify meaningful volunteer opportunities. In addition, the Association is excited to embark upon the construction of a new Alumni Center to serve as a place of pride and home to more than 210,000 alumni when they return to campus. This 20,000 square foot facility is slated to open in summer 2017.

The Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences for alumni, members, donors, students, and friends who utilize the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center and take advantage of its services, including alumni center/stadium tours, interactive displays, storytelling features, and rental of meeting and event space. He/she will build positive relationships with internal and external partners and create and manage meaningful opportunities for alumni that strengthen their relationship with CSU. This position will execute a comprehensive guest relations strategy and solicit/schedule events in the Smith Alumni Center.

Marketing Coordinator

Commuting Solutions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative, dynamic and innovative team. The team member is responsible for telling the Commuting Solutions story through social media, the organization’s website, media releases, and graphic design. This is a hands-on position that works closely with internal staff as well as outside partners and consultants to promote our mission, raise awareness of the organization and our services, and uphold the Commuting Solutions brand. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and is full-time.

Library Director

Responsible for the leadership and vision of the City’s library and staff; plans, manages and directs the operations, programs, services and personnel to continually develop a modern community center for learning and engagement. This position reports to the Assistant City Manager.

Employee Benefits, Data Analytics and Financial Reporting Lead

The Employee Benefits, Data Analytics and Financial Reporting Lead is an integral component of the Human Resources team and reports directly to the Chief Total Rewards Officer. The incumbent will work independently and is responsible for accounting, compliance and benefits data administration in accordance with applicable federal and state governing laws and master plan documents for each program, and serves as a technical resource to retirees and insurance companies, while developing strong relationships with our plan participants and contracted vendors. Under minimal supervision, the Lead will perform a variety of analytical, accounting, regulatory compliance and reporting functions including authority to interpret and approve retirement subsidies in accordance with the Board of Governor’s established requirements. The Lead is also responsible for understanding and carrying-forward administrative requirements of Colorado PERA for eligible employee contributions and retiree subsidies. This position provides effective direction in a manner that ensures operational excellence and quality customer service. The Lead will work with vendors to create file interface deliverables, analyze data, draw conclusions and create process improvements in the accounting and employee benefits data facets of HR. This role will provide daily oversight to a team of two staff and perform other duties as assigned. This position requires outstanding organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, advanced Excel capabilities, and use of SQLs. The Lead must be punctual, personable, results driven, motivated, confident to work in a professional fast-paced environment, and possess a drive for service excellence.
