Assistant Director of Northern Colorado

Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services

The Manager of Alumni Center Guest Relations and Event Services is responsible for managing all aspects of the Iris and Michael Smith Alumni Center. This position will be responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences for alumni, members, donors, students, and friends who visit the Smith Alumni Center and take advantage of its services; facilitating alumni center and stadium tours; coordinating the interactive displays and storytelling features; and negotiating rental sales and logistics of meeting and event space. They will build positive relationships with internal and external partners and create and manage meaningful opportunities for alumni to strengthen their relationship with CSU. This position will execute a comprehensive guest relations strategy as well as sales and scheduling of events in the Smith Alumni Center.

This position requires the ability to lift 25 pounds and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation or access to a driver. This individual will interact and build relationships with alumni, donors, volunteers, business partners, and Division and University colleagues. This position is based out of the Alumni Association office on the CSU Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado. A $3,000 moving allowance may be negotiated at the time of hire. This position requires working non-standard hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. This is a 12-month, full time appointment and reports to the Senior Director of Alumni Operations.

Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to serve as Assistant to the Executive Director.

Communications Specialist

This position requires a highly motivated team player with both experience and genuine passion for proactively telling the story of agriculture and food through a variety of communications channels. Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders including; team members, farm partners, consumers, and community.

Photographer/Videographer

A photographer/videographer is responsible for generating quality content including, photographs of people, events, places, and objects for newspaper, online, mobile, niche publications, social media, magazines, and special sections. Photographers use their technical expertise, creativity, and composition skills to produce and preserve images that visually tell a story or record an event.
