Seeking a strong marketer with a successful track record in developing demand generation programs specific to the B2B world. Needs exceptional skill at driving acquisition and up-sell based programs that result in increased call volumes both inbound and outbound, lead generation, sales and revenue with prospects and existing Customers. Should also have a strong background in direct sales support including local marketing programs, event planning and execution.

The candidate will have worked in the Telecom and High-Tech industries, is very familiar with direct sales, the consultative solution selling process, needs based positioning and marketing, telecommunications products and services, and pricing.

Recruiter, Corporate

Provides strategic recruiting and staffing support to Frontier Airlines hiring managers. Provides “full-cycle” support that includes: sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing, scheduling, facilitation and on-boarding. Works independently for all positions manager and below; partners with Staffing Manager for positions at or above Director-level.
