Community Relations, Sr. Consultant

This Senior Consultant will be responsible for the program management of national partnerships or enterprise wide program relationships. Fosters and develops relationships with Community Relations partners in assigned market areas and with foundations, mortgage servicing, government relations, line of business leaders and market leaders to achieve goals and objectives set by key stakeholders. Ensures efficient and effective overarching internal processes for review and decisioning of financial support efforts, adherence of regional budgets, and the promotion Wells Fargo involvement to enhance the company’s brand and reputation. Responsible for providing direct support to senior leadership and leadership teams. Operates in a highly visible role both internally and externally. Contributes significantly to the company’s OCC CRA Exam ratings.

Vice President Talent Management

At CoBank, the Vice President Talent Management serves as a member of the Human Resources leadership team. Provides strategic consulting to executive and senior management teams on talent strategies and initiatives. Leads a team that is focused on innovative and forward-looking solutions to talent needs. Responsible for the implementation, planning, and support of HR programs and works as a close partner with management to determine HR implications of bank strategic business objectives. Manages HR functional areas including employee relations, recruiting, organizational development, and training. Directs a team of human resources professionals to assess and meet the talent needs of the organization. Partners with the SVP, Human Resources to develop talent strategies and priorities, and determine programs and policies appropriate that are consistent with and supportive of the organization’s culture and talent and compensation philosophy.
