VP of Talent Management

At CoBank, the Vice President Talent Management serves as a member of the Human Resources leadership team. Provides strategic consulting to executive and senior management teams on talent strategies and initiatives. Leads a team that is focused on innovative and forward-looking solutions to talent needs. Responsible for the implementation, planning, and support of HR programs and works as a close partner with management to determine HR implications of bank strategic business objectives. Manages HR functional areas including employee relations, recruiting, organizational development, and training. Directs a team of human resources professionals to assess and meet the talent needs of the organization. Partners with the SVP, Human Resources to develop talent strategies and priorities, and determine programs and policies appropriate that are consistent with and supportive of the organization’s culture and talent and compensation philosophy.

LLV, Messenger

As an LLV Messenger at Brink’s, you’ll operate an armored vehicle and oversee the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables. You’ll work to ensure every stop runs with precision and professionalism. LLV routes are typically staffed by only the LLV Messenger, this position should be comfortable working in a self-directed environment.
