In collaboration with the Leadership Giving Executive Director, the Major Gifts Supervisor will manage a team of frontline fundraisers, gift officers focused on relationship development with major donors. The supervisor will work with partners across CPR to coordinate strategic donor relationships and will monitor progress toward revenue goals through the management and support of this team.
