The Event Coordinator & Community Ambassador is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of all on- and off-premise events in support of Center for the Arts Evergreen’s programming and outreach strategy. This role is also specifically responsible for the successful organization and management of our Summerfest art and music festival, which draws over 6,000 attendees annually.
With a digital-first mindset and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including video, motion graphics, and generative AI, you will continuously elevate our creative capabilities while maintaining the consistency and quality our brands are known for.
The Conference Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting conference and family reunion groups by providing information, knowledge and support to ensure all conference services are delivered in a timely, efficient, professional and ethical manner.
