The Sr. Specialist, Brand Equity advises leadership in building the resort’s brand as well as coordinating all efforts involved in the content and creative aspects of making the brand come to life.
This position will manage and hold accountable contracted agencies, vendors and other partners (internal and external) to ensure the brand’s voice, guidelines and all aspects of the brand ladder back up to clearly defined brand guidelines.
This role will be responsible for developing the assets needed to fulfill the resort’s content and creative needs to establish the brand in the global marketplace, as well as develop the diversified messaging and differentiated content and creative in order to deliver personalized and targeted messaging to varying audiences.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in creative and content creation and storytelling, as well as experience in working with third party agencies and contractors to generate and produce brand assets.
The position will assist in both personally creating as well as directing third party partners to produce various creative assets needed to make the brand come to life in digital / social / video / web / CRM / collateral / signage / print and various other executions.
This position must be an agile contributor that is able to produce creative and content elements, as well as to assist in sourcing as well as ensuring execution from various other content and creative third party vendors. He/she will have will have their hands in many different types of projects, project managing other members on the team and be responsible for delivering results on-time in a very fast-paced environment. As the Sr. Specialist, Brand Equity at Vail, this position must be ready to step up as a leader among their counterparts at other resorts and be a vigilant steward of best practices across all marketing channels. Flexibility and a positive attitude are crucial, to produce content across many different channels and mediums, as well as delegate and direct third party vendors, contractors and partners to fulfill on supplementing these efforts with other creative asset needs at the resort.
