Oversees complex and VIP client functions to ensure guests have the highest quality experience, while maintaining a profitable department. Acts as a liaison between sales manager and customer throughout the event process (pre-event planning, on site, and post-event). Develops strong working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and communication is at an optimum. Assists with training and development of the Event Management team. Oversees monthly financials for the department as it relates to forecasted group spend. Ability to make decisions on behalf of the Event Management team.
