As the EDI Specialist you work across OIT to promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment within OIT by driving processes and deepening the impact of our five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), our employee EDI committee (the EDI Action Alliance), and designing and delivering training and development specific to EDI.

The Head of Latino Marketing – Boost Mobile will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively reach and engage our Latino target audience. This role requires a deep understanding of cultural nuances, community needs, and effective outreach methods to drive brand awareness and business growth within these target segments. You will be responsible for growing this business for both prepaid and postpaid markets.
