Facilities Manager

The Facility Manager primary objective is the continual improvement of the physical campus and its efficient operation to deliver the best academic environment possible. On a daily basis there will be opportunities to utilize problem solving and interpersonal skills to ensure this primary objective is achieved. Areas of responsibility include Maintenance, Repair and Improvements, Janitorial, Tenant Management and Security, Health and Safety, and Administrative duties.

Administrative Assistant

Unite America seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will primarily support the Executive Team and carry out administrative and office functions.

Facilities Assistant

Facilities Assistants work with the Associate Program Director (APD) of Facilities, Facilities Manager and other Facilities Assistants to ensure that the buildings, property, grounds and equipment of COBS are constructed, repaired and maintained to support a safe, efficient working environment for staff and students.
The primary focus of the position is to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the facilities and equipment within the Rocky Mountain Program (RMP). This includes but is not limited to the Leadville Mountain Center (LMC) and remote locations including the Marble and Champion sites. This is a hands-on position and requires repair and maintenance skills and experience.
