As an Area Director you are responsible for leading and managing our business through our Shack Teams – it’s all about the continuous development of our teams. You’re the ambassador of the brand – the one responsible for ensuring consistency and providing guidance that encourages our teams to execute for excellence, displaying enlightened hospitality to our teams, and making people feel valued for their efforts, so they want to grow with us, both personally and professionally.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for helping shape and lead the execution of the external communications strategy to build and protect our corporate reputation and drive brand equity. Your primary mission is to proactively build the reputation of Champion Petfoods and our brands—ORIJEN™ and ACANA™—through strategic media relations, brand PR, thought leadership and digital communications.
