The Data Analysis Coordinator provides ongoing support for revenue system application functionality, financial integrity and user training for Community Resource Department’s (CR) unique software systems. This position is responsible for analyzing and defining complex business process requirements and activities related to software systems development, implementation, training, and/or improvement of computer software applications used by CR. Assumes a major role in project management, system planning, development, and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and software/process improvements. Coordinates and maintains a strong working relationship with Information Technology Department (IT), Finance Department personnel and software vendors. Responsible for implementation, training, and/or improvement of computer software applications used by CR in an effort to align information technology solutions with end-user functional business requirements, internal controls, initiatives, and financial information.
