Outreach and Recruitment Specialist

The Outreach and Recruitment Specialist plans, designs, and directs college wide student recruitment operations to enhance and grow student enrollment. The Outreach and Recruitment specialist is responsible for conducting outreach efforts to the community in the Red Rocks Community College service area, assisting families and prospective students to ensure that they receive accurate and timely information and assistance through the admission process. The Specialist communicates primarily with traditional and non-traditional students with an emphasis on underrepresented populations.

Senior Business Relationship Manager/Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
The Business Relationship Manager/Analyst and Senior Business Relationship Manager/Analyst roles will both directly assist the Business Transformation Division (BTD) with end-user engagement for effective operational needs gathering and recommendation of information technology solutions, providing transparency into IT investment status, delivering project management best practices to both IT and cross-City department personnel, and evolving the governance framework. The successful candidates will be trusted IT partners to City of Lakewood departments and will develop a strong knowledge of end-users’ operations and emerging needs, identify changes or improvements to the functionality and efficiency of existing processes, and liaise with the IT Department to bring useful ideas for technology-focused solutions to end-users in a pro-active, timely fashion.

The Professional Learning Facilitator builds knowledge, skills, and capacity of professionals to create policy, system, and environmental changes to improve health outcomes for children, youth, and their communities. The Professional Learning Facilitator is responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of high-quality professional learning experience for clients in the public health sector; K12 schools and districts; youth-serving organizations; and nonprofits. Additionally, the Professional Learning Facilitator provides technical assistance, follow up coaching, and individualized support. The Professional Learning Facilitator is also responsible for resource development, policy review, and representing RMC Health at conferences and speaking engagements.

Civil Engingeer III

Pay Range: $89,835.20 – $126,276.80 Annually

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing municipal infrastructure projects included in the Capital Improvement and Preservation Plan, focusing on major drainageway projects and smaller scale, local drainage improvements projects funded by the Stormwater Management Utility, general transportation projects and utility projects.. Responsible for managing scope and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Internal Auditor

This position provides reasonable assurance that CDPS is complying with all regulatory requirements. This position reports on a regular basis directly to the Chief Compliance Officer of the CDPS and also informs CCO about important issues and material violations.

This position is primarily responsible for conducting work outlined in the annual compliance/audit plan which reflects CDPS’s highest risks. Assists CDPS Divisions in establishing methods to improve efficiency and quality of services and to reduce vulnerability of fraud, abuse and waste. Must be familiar or have the ability to obtain a sound working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and ordinances, rules and regulations of CDPS and its Divisions. Ensures independent contractors and other agents which provide services to CDPS are aware of and comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. Reports on a regular basis to CCO progress of compliance reviews/audit engagements. Must have demonstrated organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and work under pressure, meet commitments within strict time frames.
