Lead Professional Learning Facilitator

The Professional Learning Facilitator builds knowledge, skills, and capacity of professionals to create policy, system, and environmental changes to improve health outcomes for children, youth, and their communities. The Professional Learning Facilitator is responsible for all aspects of the design and delivery of high-quality professional learning experience for clients in the public health sector, school districts and school communities, community based organizations, and/or nonprofits. Additionally, the Professional Learning Facilitator provides technical assistance, follow up coaching, and individualized support. The Professional Learning Facilitator is also responsible for resource development, policy review, and representing RMC Health at conferences and speaking engagements.

This position is a team lead. Responsibilities include monitoring budget and approving expenditures, funder relations, overseeing implementation of project deliverables, and supervising staff. This position will work primarily on the Healthy Schools Successful Students project. This project focuses on providing professional development and technical assistance to support the adoption, implementation, and evaluation of school health policies, programs, and best practices. This position will also support RMC Health’s collaboration with other statewide partners who are working toward creating a comprehensive system of support for districts and schools, and includes facilitation of collaborative work groups.

Police Agent (Recruit & Lateral) – 59K

We are looking for Lateral candidates or students who will have obtained their Bachelor’s degree by January 2019 and are interested in a career in law enforcement.
The nationally recognized and accredited City of Lakewood Police Department is now accepting applications for the expected January 2019 Academy. Applications will be accepted through the City’s website until May 28, 2018. The City of Lakewood offers excellent compensation and benefits. (New Recruits will be paid during their training, which includes a 24-week academy and 16 weeks of field training.)

Salary Information:
$59,571.20 annually – Starting Pay when hired into Academy
$63,585.60 annually – Increase effective upon successful completion of Police Academy and entry in to Field Training.
$67,849.60 annually – Increase effective upon successful completion of Field Training
$72,404.80 annually – Increase after 2 years of hire and upon successful completion of Probationary Period
$77,334.40 annually – Increase after 3 years from date of hire as Police Recruit. Lateral hire starting pay.
$82,492.80 annually – Increase after 4 years from date of hire as Police Recruit.
$88,774.40 annually – Increase after 5 years from date of hire as Police Recruit. (This is our top step for Police Agents, salary is studied annually and adjusted accordingly.)

Job Summary Description
In an entry or lateral capacity, performs Police Officer duties, including but not limited to communicating information, dealing with critical and dangerous situations, safely driving in routine and emergency situations, affecting arrests, transporting arrestees, gathering information from victims, witnesses and suspects, handling firearms with proficiency and safety, working a rotating shift.

Cultural Programs and Studio Coordinator (Washington Heights Art Center)

The Cultural Programs Coordinator (Washington Heights) seeks to engage, celebrate and build community through Lakewood’s visual and cultural arts programming. The primary goal of the Cultural Programs Coordinator (Washington Heights) is to expand arts engagement and increase revenue in a way that supports HCA’s mission. This detail-oriented position is responsible for the development and expansion of all adult arts and fine craft classes for the Heritage, Culture & the Arts (HCA) Division. This position oversees all aspects of the program including staffing, fiscal management, community outreach, contracted services, promotion and overall organization of program area. The Cultural Programs Coordinator (Washington Heights) is also responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operation of the Washington Heights Art Center (WHAC) including attached outdoor kiln facilities. Responsibilities include the care, maintenance and organization of the center’s studio equipment including, looms, kilns (gas/electric/soda/raku), spray booth, glaze room, jewelry/metals benches, utility sinks, painting supplies as well as other general arts equipment and supplies. This position coordinates the accommodation of individuals utilizing the arts facility for cultural programming activities and establishes and maintains all systems and processes associated with a multi-purpose arts center. The Cultural Programs Coordinator (Washington Heights) serves as a resource to the HCA Division regarding educational issues related to community arts programming. The position participates in and supports planning and implementation of programming throughout HCA facilities as member of the HCA team.

Staff Accountant

The Integer Group is searching for a Staff Accountant in our Denver, CO office. This person will be responsible for preparing monthly Account Reconciliations for Expense, Asset and Liability accounts on a monthly basis. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of balance sheet and expense accounts. Assist Accounting manager in timely closing of the accounting records on a monthly basis and preparation of accurate Financial Statements.
