The Design Manager is responsible to support the management of current and future real estate development and design projects in our portfolio. A self-starter who will create synergies and successful collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to assist the real estate project design process from inception through operation, insisting on an efficient, and design centric outcome.

This role requires outstanding design, execution, leadership, and communication skills. The Art Director will report to the Sr Creative Director. This position will also work closely with the Design Production Manager and Production Coordinator, as well as other team members across all TEGNA stations.
This position is responsible for developing and overseeing multimedia content for CDHS and programs. This position works with the director of marketing, digital communications manager, internal communications manager and all office communications staff on a range of department-specific multimedia projects and programs, which may include graphic design, broadcast media, print, videography, and/or photography.
