The Center Director for the Theodora Family Hotel is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all programs within the facility, which serve both families in the shelter program and individuals in the Grant Per Diem program. This position ensures appropriate staffing structures, supervises and trains staff, and maintains the safety of both staff and the facility.

This role oversees administrative processes, coordinates resident and department needs, manages key systems and reporting, and ensures housing policies are followed consistently. The position works closely and serves as a central coordination point between residents, housing staff, maintenance, cleaning, and internal departments.
