This position develops, implements and manages a comprehensive public information and communications program to address public relations, information and education priorities of the Colorado Lottery to a variety of audiences, including various business groups, Lottery players, Lottery licensed retailers, Lottery proceeds beneficiaries, legislature, news media worldwide, other state agencies and local government entities.
