The Limelight Hotels Public Relations Manager will manage various projects and initiatives within the department aimed at driving business to the Limelight Hotels in all seasons. This position reports to the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing. The position requires strong communication and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to multi-task. This position manages the invoices and forecasting for their projects. Coordination and delivery of projects and tasks as initiated and assigned (press releases/pitching/hosting/social media posting/copy-writing) as well as management and posting of Marketing’s social media content calendar as it relates to important Limelight Hotels (the Aspen, Snowmass and Ketchum properties and the Mountain Club at Snowmass) dates and deadlines including seasonal content, Food & Beverage specials, events and other important initiatives.
