PR and Marketing Manager

The Public Relations and Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing strategies for all of the Aspen Art Museum’s programs and publications as well as maintaining the archive for the department. This position manages all institutional social media outlets, generates press coverage, and expands AAM’s marketing plan.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer sets policy and provides financial direction for the Aspen Art Museum ensuring financial compliance, sustainability and oversight. Primary duties include developing and maintaining internal accounting and controls, financial recording and reporting functions, producing annual, monthly and ad hoc reports, developing the annual budget and performing extensive financial analysis. The CFO reports directly to the CEO, serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and oversees staff in finance, administration, Human Resources, information technology, shop and café operations.

Account Trainee

This is a position within the Octagon Marketing Trainee Program. The Event Trainees will support the execution of a winter-long partnership for a luxury automotive client, based in one of the country’s most affluent ski resort communities. The program will showcase the top-end segment of the luxury automotive client’s vehicles through a combination of VIP shuttle service, extended test drives and special events. Two (2) Event Trainees along a Product Advocate, led by a core account team based in Stamford, CT, will be tasked with facilitating the set-up and implementation of this exclusive partnership.

Director of Marketing & Business Development

Located in our Aspen, Colorado headquarters, the Director of Marketing/Business Development will be responsible for executing the firm’s strategic marketing plan, directing business development efforts, and leading the marketing team.
