Under the direction of the Executive Library Director, the Director of Finance leads and manages Douglas County Libraries’ budget and financial activities, ensuring support for DCL core values, initiatives and objectives. Manages and mitigates risk, provides wisdom and insight in long-range planning efforts, demonstrates transparency in financial reporting, and coordinates our annual budget process. Fosters a positive culture that synergizes seamlessly with other service teams and DCL locations. The Director of Finance is a vital team-member of our library’s leadership team for vision, strategy, and execution.
