Cherry Hills Village is one of the premier communities in the Denver metropolitan area, defined by its semi-rural character and low-density residential neighborhoods. The City serves an area of approximately six and one-half (6.5) square miles and has approximately 6,600 residents. The City is a home rule community with a Council-Manager form of government. City Council is comprised of six (6) councilmembers and the Mayor. City Council appoints the City Manager, City Attorney, City Treasurer (Finance Director) Municipal Judge and City Clerk.
