Economic Development Specialist

Under the guidance of the Economic Development Manager, assists with administering economic development policies and programs throughout the City. Participates in the implementation of community wide economic and redevelopment programs of the Economic Development Commission (EDComm) as well as the adopted community goals and policies of the Golden Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the Golden Urban Renewal Authority (GURA). Assists with the Public Art Commission as needed.

As the Senior Information Technology Manager for Colorado 811, a 24/7 State-Wide Call Center located in Golden, Colorado, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all daily department operations and team management, including project management, cloud computing, architecture, security, database, phone, and other technology related areas.

Legislative Liaison

The Legislative Liaison serves as the university’s primary staff lead for state government relations, coordinating and managing legislative engagement, and supporting the execution of the institution’s state advocacy and outreach strategy. While state relations are the primary focus, the position supports and advances the Office of Public Affairs and External Relations’ government and community engagement portfolio.

Projects and Data Manager

Responsibilities include managing the library’s continuous project management, research, and data analysis efforts. Budget and Finance Supervisor

The Budget & Finance Supervisor is responsible for all activities related to financial planning and analysis including preparation of the annual department budget, quarterly financial analysis, budget monitoring, budget amendment process, and multi-year financial plan.

The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for facilitating and coordinating a robust community relations strategy, with a particular focus on building relationships with community partners, civic engagement, community outreach, and engaging Jefferson County residents.
