Manager – HRIS, Compensation & Records

SUMMARY Jointly manage the position management, and evaluations process for schools and departments. Participate in classification and compensation tasks. Manage the systems-based employee onboarding process, staffing change process, including position management, employee-record data entry, compensation process, salary administration, job evaluation, contract interpretation, and HRIS administration.
