Director, HRIS, Compensation and Records

The ideal candidate for the Director of HRIS, Compensation & Records in the HR-Employee Records division will be enthusiastic, process-driven, and strategic and focused on results. This position is a key part of the human resources department’s leadership team. In addition to leading a large team, you will be responsible for providing stability to processes and department communication, and contributing across division lines to other human resources functions. Key to success is being focused on data and outcomes, while leading with energy and quick, critical thinking.

Communications Professional II

In this position you will establish relationships with researchers and management, while collaborating with team members—other project managers, writers, editors, graphic designers, and web producers/developers—to develop and execute digital and traditional communications programs.

Specialist, Human Resource Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Partner with Employment Services Director and Managers to drive initiatives for hiring licensed and non-licensed district staff. Work to build relationships with candidates through the recruiting process. Manage all social media. Support full life cycle recruiting efforts to fill high-volume and/or critical positions across the district. Coordinate and monitor strategic and tactical recruiting activities to attract top talent for multiple departments and school locations, with focus on efficiency and quality of candidates. Assist in the recruiting of new team members through internet job/resume searches, educational venues, and job and career fairs, managing job postings via online and through social media. Provide general human resources support when necessary.
