Western Colorado University’s Admisions Office seeks candidates for the full time position of Admissions CRM Support Specialist. The Admissions CRM Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other admissions technology tools in order to proactively support and analyze recruitment and enrollment efforts. This position will utilize technology tools and analyses to help increase enrollment. This position will manage the technical side of communications to all students through the admissions funnel, helping to establish a workflow that maximizes efficiency. This position will also help generate and provide input on reporting in support of the goals of the admissions team. This position will work closely with other areas including IT Services and Marketing.
