Under general direction from the Deputy City Manager, manages the strategic planning process, including coordination of plan development, implementation, and reporting. Provides leadership to organization-wide efforts such as customer service, organizational development, legislative and intergovernmental, and special projects. Provides support to the City Council and supervises the City Manager’s Office administrative staff.
