About Changent
Changent partners with communities nationwide to deliver two evidence-based home visiting programs: Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First. In 2020, what was formerly the National Service Office for Nurse-Family Partnership united with Child First, creating an integrated organization where complementary clinical expertise, shared infrastructure, and coordinated support help families thrive. Together, these programs address the full spectrum of family needs – from maternal and infant health to early childhood mental wellness – with proven interventions that create lasting positive outcomes for children and parents.
Our Shared Commitment
Both Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership focus on supporting families who face the greatest barriers to healthy child development – helping them achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Beyond the relational health and developmental benefits for children, these programs represent effective investments of community resources, maximizing the impact of public and private funds while strengthening families' long-term wellbeing and self-sufficiency.
