JOB SUMMARY

  • We operate during regular business hours in the Mountain Time Zone but offer some flexibility

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • CLIENT AND SLATE TEAM COLLABORATION

    • Meet with the Slate team and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.

    • Manage client contracts and coordinate between internal teams, third-party vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.

    PROJECT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

    • Develop and revise detailed project plans based on changing needs and requirements.

    • Assign tasks strategically, leveraging team members' strengths, skills, and experience.

    • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure on-time delivery.

    REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION

    • Monitor project performance and compile project status reports for clients and management.

    • Create quarterly reports to track client budgets, hours, and timelines.

    MARKETING COORDINATION

    • Coordinate production with external vendors such as printers.

    • Assist clients with ad-buying and making recommendations on the most effective advertising platforms

    • Assist strategic client leads with developing and scheduling social media.

    • Publish content to websites, e-newsletter platforms, etc.
