Corporate Affairs Senior Manager, Internal Communications

Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and execute operational and tactical aspects of Arrow’s internal communications framework in the Americas and globally to further build company culture and workplace experience, including emails, town hall support, intranet articles, flyers, and more

  • Advise leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in our Americas region on Arrow’s internal communication processes to ensure consistency in messaging that aligns with strategic priorities while maintaining global standards

  • Partner with communications leadership and business stakeholders to develop narratives that are clear, interesting, and relevant with target audiences

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality internal communications experience in the Americas and globally and in partnership with the regional corporate affairs senior managers

  • Act as a visible champion and role model, internally and externally, reinforcing Arrow’s values

 

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop internal communications managers to scale our One Arrow strategy

  • Manage internal communications for Americas-based chief growth officers, their direct reports, and other Americas-based VPs and shared services functions

  • Oversee annual refresh of our One Arrow framework

  • Oversee internal communications review and approval process, including the weekly editorial calendar and providing an initial review and approval of all internal communications requests

  • Manage intranet homepage and pertinent subsite strategy, including automation opportunities, analytics, and content creation

  • Oversee and manage vendor relationships and usage, including processing invoices and purchase orders

  • Execute on global campaigns, including the overall planning and channel strategy

  • Develop clear, compelling narratives for Americas and global communications

  • Execute managerial duties, including expense reports, time-off requests, and other administrative responsibilities

  • Establish and manage internal and external relationships with leaders, subject matter experts, project team members, vendors, and other partners to coordinate tactical efforts while driving overall program success

  • Measure and share success by gathering internal data, managing the quarterly executive-level scorecard, and researching best practices and benchmark data

  • Optimize processes and leverage automated technologies to enhance employee experience, improve efficiency, or reduce costs

  • Execute against departmental and programmatic goals, ensuring delivery against defined priorities and success metrics

  • Partner and collaborate with regional corporate affairs senior managers to grow and manage internal communications strategic priorities

  • Partner with the corporate affairs director, internal communications and community forward, on executive-level communications, global town halls, annual Leadership Forum, crisis management, budget administration, and other priorities

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Five or more years’ experience with a global enterprise strongly preferred

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including editing and presentation capabilities; additional language skills a plus

  • Entrepreneurial leader who thrives in team-based environments and people management

  • Flexibility to adjust working hours, as needed, to collaborate with global teams and support business needs and key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accurate, high-quality execution while managing competing priorities

  • Effectively prioritize multiple deadlines and respond with urgency and resourcefulness

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style across teams and functions

  • Data-driven and tech savvy mindset and the ability to modernize practices through digitization and leverage automation capabilities

  • Learns quickly and is highly adaptable to change

 

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$143,100.00 – $170,500.00

 

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
