Your opportunity

  • Partner with the head of institutional marketing and the North America Client Group Marketing team to continuously develop and execute on marketing activities inclusive of website management, marketing collateral, sales enablement, conferences and events, sponsorships, and content development  
  • Assist with website review and updates inclusive of analyzing data and implementing changes accordingly
  • Partner with Marketing Automation team to develop and execute consistent email campaigns across Institutional client channels inclusive of newsletters, conference and event follow-up, and subscriptions
  • Facilitate the development and review of marketing collateral through the compliance review process
  • Manage NA Institutional Seismic page and Teams Channel
  • Support quality control efforts by proofing data, grammar, and marketing collateral copy
  • Provide direction and input to shared resource team(s) (i.e. compliance, design, product marketing, advertising, etc.)
  • Research and help complete award opportunities to support NA Institutional brand awareness initiatives
  • Execute on various project management tasks as assigned
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in financial services marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • General understanding of compliance guidelines for asset management marketing
  • Project management experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Prior experience planning and executing industry conferences and events
  • Strong working knowledge of content and it’s function in asset management marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed

Nice to have skills

  • Ten+ years’ experience in asset management marketing
  • Working experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Engage, Salesforce)
  • Experience presenting to and collaborating with senior colleagues
  • Familiarity with website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

Compensation information 
 
The base salary range for this position is $130K. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.  This role will remain open through January 30, 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:  Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool.  The profit pool is funded based on Company profits.  Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
