Description

We’re looking for a visionary Director of Enterprise Intelligence & Monitoring to create and lead a unified intelligence ecosystem that brings together social and enterprise signals, identifies early risks, and unlocks insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization. This is a rare opportunity to build a program from the ground up—shaping how we detect emerging issues, protect the business, and accelerate growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with leaders across Risk (Crisis, Cyber, AML/Compliance, Fraud), Strategy, Customer Care, Digital, Retail/Agents, Privacy, Brand, Marketing, Legal, and more. If you love connecting dots, building systems, and turning data into action at scale, this role is built for you. You won’t just be monitoring signals; you will be building the enterprise capability that shapes how we detect risk, fuel decisions, and unlock opportunities. Your impact will be felt companywide.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Intelligence Strategy

  • Design and implement the enterprise intelligence framework that aligns with strategic goals and risk appetite.

  • Select and optimize tools, processes, and workflows to minimize disruption and strengthen risk awareness and decision aware decision making.

  • Build standardized taxonomies, escalation playbooks, and severity models for consistent signal interpretation and response.

  • Establish governance to ensure responsible and effective use of intelligence data.

  • Continuously evolve the program through insights, best practices, and postlaunch lessons.

Shape Monitoring & Reporting

  • Deliver clear, compelling executive dashboards and intelligence reports that guide timely action.

  • Develop and refine monitoring tools that elevate accuracy, clarity, and enterprise visibility.

Inspire & Lead

  • Lead and coach cross functional and matrixed teams toward a shared intelligence vision.

  • Champion a culture of proactive detection, smart escalation, and informed decision-making.

  • Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, speed, and business impact.

  • Communicate powerfully with leaders, executives, board members, and regulators.

Role Required

  • 10+ years in enterprise roles such as risk, research/insights, strategy, market intelligence, or customer intelligence.

  • 7+ years of leadership experience, including influence-based leadership across complex organizations.

  • A record of accomplishment of building cross functional operating models.

  • Strong systems valuation skills with the ability to turn fragmented data into executive ready insights.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and operating at a senior/executive level.

  • Experience with AI powered insight platforms or AI product development (strong plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a related field strongly preferred.

  • Certifications in Systems Thinking or AI Product & Services Development are a bonus.
